Encik Mohammad has over 30 years of extensive experience spanning corporate finance, accounting, strategic management and corporate governance.
Between 1992 and 2013, he has held several senior executive leadership positions within Johor Corporation (“JCorp”) including Finance Director of KFC Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad/QSR Brands Berhad and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of KFCH Restaurants Pvt Ltd (KFC Mumbai). During his tenure at JCorp, he served on the boards of several public listed companies including Sindora Berhad, Pica Malaysia Berhad, Wonderful Wire & Cable Berhad, and Damansara Realty Berhad. Additionally, he has served as CEO of Malaysian Kuwaiti Investment Co. Sdn Bhd and Chief Financial Officer of Tradewinds Plantation Berhad.
