Aiza Azleen Binti Johari
Puan Aiza Azleen Binti Johari, aged 26, female, a Malaysian, holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom, and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from BPP University, London, United Kingdom. She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom.
She started her career in the external audit field with KPMG Malaysia, where she was involved in the audit of public listed companies and educational institutions. Following the completion of her master’s degree and ACCA qualification in the United Kingdom, she joined C.I. Holdings Berhad as an Accountant on 1 March 2024.
She was appointed as Head of Finance on 1 April 2026. As Head of Finance, she is actively involved in the Group’s finance function with responsibilities encompassing financial reporting, treasury management, taxation and regulatory compliance.
She has no directorships in other public companies and listed issuers. She is the daughter of Datuk Seri Johari Bin Abdul Ghani, a major shareholder of the Company. Save as disclosed, she has no family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of the Company. She has no conflict of interest or potential conflict of interest, including interest in any competing business with the Company or its subsidiaries.
Puan Aiza has not been convicted for any offences within the past five (5) years or imposed with any public sanctions or penalties by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial period other than traffic offences, if any.
