The company is primarily involved in the marketing, branding, and merchandising of various consumer-packed edible oil products for both domestic and international markets. It operates through two main segments: Edible Oil and Investment Holding.
The Edible Oil segment focuses on the selling, packing, and marketing of all types of edible oil. Our subsidiaries include Continental Resources Sdn Bhd and CI Building Industries Sdn Bhd.

The Company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 on 28 February 1978 as a private limited company under the name of C.I. Holdings Sdn Bhd. It was subsequently converted to a public company on 10 December 1982 and assumed its present name. The Company was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 18 February 1983.
